This distressing incident unfolded on September 27, 2023, when Mr. Siam was on his way home after a long day’s work. The Hmar Students’ Association (HSA) Barak Valley has expressed profound shock and resentment regarding this assault on a member of the Kuki-Zomi-Hmar Mizo Group by anti-social elements.
